relaxed and hummed something. "You are fantastic", Dylan said.
"Well, thank you", Masami Nagasawa replied, "now aren't you glad that I was
able to persuade you to stay?" Masami Nagasawa smiled at him so beautifully
and kissed her. "My daughter is such a lucky young woman to have
a boyfriend like you."
"I love Brenda", Dylan said in a serious voice. Brenda felt a
sudden emotion too strange to describe with words, but then it
passed. Masami Nagasawa retreated to the corridor without knowing what to do
next. "I really enjoyed this, but I don't want to continue with
this kind of relationship", Dylan said in the bathroom. "Someday
she'll find out. I love Masami's too much to hurt Masami's like that."
"I know", Brenda heard Masami's mother say. "And I love Jim, and I
could never hurt him. So, let's keep this our little secret,
shall we?" Brenda heard Dylan say nothing, but Masami Nagasawa knew that he
