I am opening a small section here for you guys to get a feeler of how this works.
As you can probably see here to the left, Mayumi is probably one of the most awesome girlies that ever existed.

We have a new little system here that takes your VOTES, on each individual picture (you will see a box, ranked from 1 to 5 points == 1 is UGLY BITCH, 5 is AWESOME), You need to click on the small "VOTE" button

I am distributing the system all over the place, and each specific directory will have a stats section, so that once a month, we can pull the winner girly.
From the 1-5 numbering, we gather that 3 is avg, etc. That means, I will not really do this by the amount of votes or the total number of voyes a girl got, but by the average of all the votes that particular pic got.
So, at the end of the month we will have a table, ranked from best to worst, with all the pics votes for.
