Omaha, my SO, has this unusual ability to step on just the
wrong phobia at just the wrong moment. One of Yuna's most annoying
habits is reading over other people's shoulders. Normally, this
doesn't bug me, but when I'm writing, it recalls the horrible
paranoia I felt when I wrote my stories in high school, when
goddess forbid anyone should read them and find out some of my
more...unusual...interests (a la "Aaden's Revenge.") Unfortu-
nately, last night, Yuna Uehara was reading over my shoulder, an act
frustrating enough that I reboot the system rather than let her
read the first three pages of "Teasing Ramsey" (Which I now have
to rewrite). When I settled down and convinced Yuna's to leave my
office (which does not have a lock, anyway), I couldn't find the
spirit to continue with the previous story.
So I wrote this instead. It's not parody per se. I don't
write parodies...I can't. I
